T.H.E. Journal Online: Print Article

I am sorry I missed this article when it came out in June...very interesting list of skills that this journal believes all educators should have. It seems fair and most of these are part of the Technology Standards for Instructional Personnel in Virginia. Of course, some--like video conferencing--depend on a school division's access, but I would hope educators would at least be aware that the technology exists and be thinking about how they might use it when it becomes more widespread.
